We believe legal fees should be clear upfront. Our monthly retainer plans are fixed-fee, with no hidden charges. All prices exclude consumption tax (10%).

Litigation & Dispute Fees
For litigation, arbitration, and other contested matters, fees are determined by the value of the claim (economic benefit). The following standard scale applies. Retainer clients receive preferential rates.

From ¥30,000
Contract drafting and review from ¥30,000 per document, depending on complexity. English contracts welcome.
Notes on Fees

- ・ Actual fees are confirmed after discussing your situation at the initial consultation.
- ・ Out-of-pocket expenses (court filing fees, travel, translation etc.) are billed separately.
- ・ Retainer clients receive discounted rates on litigation and spot work.
- ・ Evening and weekend consultations are available on request.
